RESOLVED, that this 137th Annual Convention of the Episcopal Diocese of Newark recognize and acknowledge that full payment of the Diocesan Pledge to The Episcopal Church in 2008 has not been completed; and, be it further
RESOLVED, that at the urging of Diocesan Council, partial repayment of this debt be included in the 2011 budget and that, furthermore, additional repayment be made as appropriately prioritized monies become available; and, be it further
RESOLVED, that this Convention urge future conventions to consider this arrearage until such time as full re-payment or other resolution has been achieved.
