SAT, SEP 20 – Nominations
WED, OCT 1 – Congregation Deputation Registration/Certification Forms
FRI, NOV 7 – Submit announcements for Convention slideshow
SAT, NOV 8 – Late Nominations and Budget Amendments
FRI, NOV 14 – Names for the Necrology (Commemoration of the Departed)
Convention Elections
Offices, Candidates & Nomination Form
Nominations for elected offices to be voted upon at the 151st Annual Diocesan Convention, Nov. 15, 2025, must be submitted to the Secretary of Convention via this webform no later than noon on Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025 in order to be assured inclusion on the roster of candidates featured on this web page.
Late nominations will be accepted through noon on Saturday, Nov. 8, 2025. Late nominations will be included in the Convention packets distributed to deputies at the time of Registration at the Convention.
