The Alleluia Fund for Outreach supports congregation-based or -affiliated programs providing practical, hands-on support to those most vulnerable in our diocese and internationally. Key areas of support include food for the hungry, shelter for the homeless, education for youth and adults, and international programs providing relief and/or support of the Millennium Development Goals.

Thanks to the support of donors like you to the Alleluia Fund for Outreach, All the Way Up is helping adult learners in Newark and Essex County achieve their educational dreams as they work toward their High School Equivalency Certificate.
While at the 2022 Lambeth Conference, Bishop Hughes had a chance to meet Bishop Aime Joseph of the Diocese of Gitega in Burundi, who told her how the Alleluia Fund grant his diocese received for clean water and sanitation led to founding a new church!
This year the Alleluia Fund was able to make grants totaling $155,000 to 30 nonprofits across northern New Jersey and internationally.
