What you need to know for 2023

• COVID-19 Provisions
  Evaluation, Testing and Treatment: Copayments, deductibles, and coinsurance fees waived through December 31, 2023 for health services related to COVID-19.
  Telehealth and Virtual Visits: Members cost shares waived for services received through our health plan carriers’ telehealth platforms through December 2023. Plan exclusions permanently removed to allow virtual visits with members personal healthcare providers to be covered at the usual in-person office visit Cost share.
  Additional information and resources are available to members at CPG's COVID-19 Resource Center.
• Cigna EAP
  The Cigna Employee Assistance Program (EAP) now includes access to Talkspace virtual behavioral health!
  Connect with a licensed therapist or psychiatrist online, by video, or text using Talkspace, available for Cigna EAP members, ages 13 and up.

How to apply

To apply for medical and dental insurance, complete the form MedicalDentalDisability_Application.pdf attached at the bottom of this page.  Return the form to Ms. Leslie Thomas, Diocesan Benefits Administrator, for processing.  Do NOT submit the form directly to the Episcopal Church Medical Trust.  Leslie can be reached at lthomas@dioceseofnewark.org.
