2024 Clergy Conference

This year's Clergy Conference will be an in-person event. It is expected that every member of the clergy (not employed outside the church) will make every effort to attend. More details, including the schedule and speakers' bios, will be shared soon! Basic conference information is included here:

Dates: October 14-16, 2024

Times to Note:

• *Conference Registration 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm
• Hotel Rooms Available: 4:00 pm (Bags can be left in the Conference Room so you can enjoy hotel amenities while you wait for your hotel room to be available)
• Meet our Presenters at Social Hour: 5:00 pm
• Conference Conclusion: After Eucharist and To-Go Lunch distribution on Wednesday (~12:30 pm)

*This earlier registration availability of 1:00 pm will allow for those interested to ease into the conference/hotel earlier, but, as noted, there will be no formal events scheduled until 5:00 pm. 

Location: Minerals Hotel (2 Chamonix Drive, Vernon Township NJ 07462)

Please note: 

• All rooms have a mini-fridge
• A maximum of 6 rooms have a grab bar in the shower. If you need one, please indicate that in the "Accommodations" section below. Available rooms with a grab bar will be assigned in order of registration time (pending hotel availability)
• After September 10th, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
