This workshop, presented by Grace Counseling Center in conjunction with the Bishop's Office, will explore the unique perspective of clergy stress. Through presentations and small group discussions, we will examine the sources of these dynamics in today’s ministry.
Participants will learn to identify somatic, emotional and intellectual markers that signal overload.
We will explore ways to effectively prevent and manage stress along with promoting resiliency.
Free to all clergy. A light lunch will be provided, with vegetarian options.
