Please join us at the Diocesan Convention’s Women’s Commission Breakfast, co-sponsored by the Justice Board. Our Speaker is Serena Rice, Executive Director of the Anti-Poverty Network of New Jersey.
Serena Rice took the helm of the Anti-Poverty Network of New Jersey in April 2014. She is a Licensed New Jersey Social Worker with experience in both direct service to underprivileged populations and advocacy on policies impacting the conditions and causes of poverty in the state. She holds a Master of Social Work degree with a focus on administration, policy, and planning from Rutgers School of Social Work, as well as a Master of Divinity degree from Princeton Theological Seminary.
