A traditional Pre-Convention Meeting will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2019, 10 AM at St. David’s Church, Kinnelon. (Click on link above for directions.)
This in-person meeting will be supplemented by online presentations and reports which deputies can access at their convenience. Included will be an online budget presentation with a mechanism for asking questions, as well as any other necessary presentations, with all printed materials available for download from the diocesan website. Instructions for accessing the online presentations and reports will be announced at a later date.
While attendance by deputies is not mandatory, these forums are provided with deputies in mind, to assist in preparing for the actual Convention.
Pre-Convention packets will be mailed by the end of December.
