This year's Clergy Retreat with Bishop Beckwith will begin with dinner on Tuesday, February 18 at 6 p.m. and end with lunch on Thursday, February 20, 2014.

The deadline for your registration and our receipt of your check is Friday, December 6, 2013. The fee of $75 per person per night includes overnight accommodations and meals.
A limited number of scholarships are available -- if interested, please contact Kay Lark at klark@dioceseofnewark.org or 973-430-9976 before submitting payment.
If you register and find later you must cancel, please call Kay immediately as there may be a wait list; if no replacement is found, you will remain responsible for the full amount.
Retreat Leader
The Rev. Barbara Cawthorne Crafton will serve as the retreat leader. She is an Episcopal priest and author, and heads The Geranium Farm, an institute for the promotion of spiritual growth.
Accommodations
There are 42 rooms available to us and it is first come, first served. There are a limited number of rooms which will accommodate two people (note there is no discount for sharing) and the remaining rooms contain one twin bed. There is one hall bath for each gender on each floor. Please also be aware that the monastery observes Greater Silence from 9 p.m. until 8:15 a.m.
Special Needs
For those with special needs, please be sure to note them on the online registration form. Similarly, for those with food restrictions, vegetarians can be accommodated with the standard fare; those with specific allergies are encouraged to bring any supplemental food (refrigerator and microwave available) -- there is no price discount in any case.

Tuesday 2/18/14:
- Check-in begins at 2 p.m.
- Vespers is sung at 5pm
- Dinner is served in the refectory promptly at 6:00pm
- Meditation/Reflection at 7:15pm
- Compline at 8:30 p.m.
- Greater Silence starts immediately after Compline and continues through breakfast.
Wednesday, 2/19/14:
- Matins are at 7:00am
- Breakfast is at 7:45am
- Holy Eucharist is at 9:00am
- Meditation/Reflection at 10am
- Diurnum is at noon
- Lunch is at 12:30
- Meditation/Reflection at 1:30 p.m.
- Dinner is served in the refectory promptly at 6:00pm
- Meditation/Reflection at 7:15pm
- Compline at 8:30 p.m.
- Greater Silence starts immediately after Compline and continues through breakfast.
Thursday, 2/20/14:
- Matins are at 7:00am
- Breakfast is at 7:45am
- Holy Eucharist is at 9:00am
- Meditation/Reflection at 10am
- Diurnum is at noon
- Lunch is at 12:30
- Rooms must be totally clear by 1:00pm
