“The Lord is not slow about his promise, as some think of slowness, but is patient with you...” (2 Peter 3) Are you willing to be patient with G-d? Germination can’t be rushed; it takes the time that it takes. Like a mother nesting in preparation for birth or a gardener tending beds for Spring, there is plenty of spiritual housekeeping to be done in preparation for the Christ.
