Thanks to all of those in our diocese who participated in the Alleluia Fund for Outreach Easter season celebration. It’s a large group of us – the number of donors and total donations are double that of last year at this time. And the celebration was expansive. In addition to financial gifts, you supported our partners’ work with advocacy and volunteerism and shared our stories.

Alleluia stories profile an individual whose life has been changed through the work of our grant recipients. This season’s stories featured a WWII fighter pilot, a skilled seamstress, and a high school senior and highlight the practical, hands-on work of three Alleluia Fund partners, the Senior Resource Center, Turning Point Community Services, and All Saints Community Service and Development Corporation. These ministries and two dozen other Alleluia Fund partners are funded in part by Alleluia Fund grants. They are supplying groceries, serving meals, offering shelter and support to help homeless families, providing summer enrichment opportunities for under-resourced children, and much, much more. In short, our partners are transforming lives. Alleluia!
