St. Peter's, Livingston: Parish Administrator (part-time)

St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Livingston seeks a part-time Parish Administrator. Responsibilities include:

  • Weekly bulletins
  • Weekly email newsletters
  • Maintain church website
  • Manage church calendar
  • Communicate with callers in a professional manner
  • Maintain church records, files,  office equipment, and  supplies 

The position requires 10 hours per week, 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday preferred, from September 1 through June 30. 

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with the Internet and website maintenance
  • Excellent people skills
  • Personal experience with a church or other house of worship is a plus
