[NorthJersey.com] St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Paterson is hosting an ecumenical prayer service in memory of Genesis Rincon on Tuesday, August 5 as part of the city’s National Night Out Against Crime observance.
The event will take place at 7:30 pm at the church at 451 Van Houten Street in Paterson.
Rincon, a 12-year-old girl, was fatally shot in the head while riding a scooter on Rosa Parks Boulevard on July 5. The prayer service will be held on the one-month anniversary of the shooting.
