After a grueling struggle this Lent – among the saints AND many of the staff at Episcopal House – the battle is finally underway to determine which saint will win the Golden Halo in that unique Lenten event known as Lent Madness. The two finalists among the saints are Francis of Assisi and Brigid of Kildare, and at 8 a.m. on Maundy Thursday, April 2, the victor will be crowned.

At Episcopal House, the two finalists are Canon Greg Jacobs, Canon to the Ordinary, and Jane Jubilee, Administrative Assistant for Diocesan Services. If Francis captures the Golden Halo, the winner of the friendly competition among the diocesan staff to predict the most winners in the Lent Madness bracket will be Canon Greg. However, if Brigid is the winner, there will be a two-way tie between him and Jane.

Will Canon Greg be the sole winner, or will he have to share the glory with Jane? To find out, check LentMadness.org after 8 a.m. on Maundy Thursday, April 2.
