The Diocesan Council and the Marge Christie Fund are pleased to announce an additional Cycle for A/V Support in 2022. After a surplus of funds remained after the regular 2022 Funding cycle, both the MCF Board and Council agreed that those funds should be made immediately available for congregations to seek reimbursement for audio/visual equipment that was purchased to upgrade (or start) their virtual worship in the wake of the Covid-19 Pandemic, specifically any purchases made after March 13, 2020.
All congregations are eligible to apply for these funds, and funds will be divided among all applications. Any congregation that had previously applied in 2020 can apply again seeking reimbursement for NEW receipts - any receipts previously submitted and considered will not be eligible for additional funding.
Congregations must be current with audit, parochial reports and congregational pledge submissions.
The deadline for applications is Friday, October 7 at 12 noon. Grants will be ratified by Council before disbursement.
