The State of New Jersey has determined that Tricky Trays, Bingo and other games of chance constitute gambling, requiring a license from the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission. Because it is the policy of the Diocese of Newark to urge members not to participate in gambling, activities of this nature should not be advertised on the Newark List.
