Cigna High Deductible Health Plan/Health Saving Accounts

This is the 2012 information on the Cigna High Deductible/HSA medical plan that members will need to establish their H.S.A. accounts:

• An HDHP informational fact sheet, HSA fact sheet, sample remittance form and 2012 remittance form are available here for downloading.
