Photos
Photos MUST be uploaded to our Dropbox; do NOT email them or embed them in a Word file. Any photo captions can be uploaded in a separate Word or text file.
The best photos are the original, unmodified JPG files in a horizontal (NOT vertical) format.
Articles
Articles should be in a Word file. They may be uploaded to our Dropbox OR emailed to the Director of Communications.
Any associated photos MUST be uploaded to the Dropbox.

Links to coverage in the news media may be emailed to the Director of Communications.
