We love to share news from our churches and ministry partners in The VOICE Online! The deadline is 10 AM the Friday before publication, unless otherwise noted. All submissions are subject to review and approval.

Community Events
Public events hosted by one of our churches or ministry partners may be submitted for both The VOICE Online and the Upcoming Events page on the diocesan website.

Photos
Required format: Original, unmodified JPG file
Photos submissions MUST be uploaded to our Dropbox; other methods (such as emailing or embedding in a Word document) can shrink them too small to use. Horizontal photos are strongly preferred; vertical photos usually don’t work with our website and e-news formats.
Job Listings
Job opportunities for lay people and non-parochial clergy at one of our churches or ministry partners may be submitted for both The VOICE Online and the Job Listings page on the diocesan website.

Articles (long text)
Required format: Word document
Articles should be sent as a Word document attached to an email to the Director of Communications. Any associated photos must be uploaded to the Dropbox.
Photo captions (short text) & links to media coverage
These items may be placed in the body of an email to the Director of Communications.
