Submit a Community Event

Community Events are posted as a courtesy to our churches and ministry partners and are subject to review and approval.

Events that are not accepted:

Events that include games of chance, in compliance with the Resolutions on Gambling Adopted by Diocesan Conventions.
Events that compete with regular service times. This includes not only Sunday mornings but also major holy days such as Christmas, Holy Week, and Easter. Exceptions are made for Ashes to Go and Blessing of the Animals.

Deadline for The VOICE Online:

Community Events are reviewed and posted to the diocesan website as soon as possible after they are submitted. However, to guarantee inclusion in the next issue of The VOICE Online, they must be submitted by its regular deadline: 10 AM the Friday before publication. See The VOICE Online publication schedule.
