Familiarize yourself with space and the service bulletin in advance of the Bishop’s arrival onsite.
Make sure that water (bottled or pitcher and glass) are available to the Bishop before and after the service.
When possible, assist the Bishop in finding any reserved parking spot and in carrying bags, etc.
If no reserved parking, please greet the Bishop upon arrival, assist with bags and accompany her to site locations as needed.
The Bishop will inform you before, during and after the service what she needs you to do.
Please be prepared to stay with the Bishop until she departs the building.
