Job Details
Seeking a part-time administrative assistant to provide short-term support to an established nonprofit in the Port of Newark, and to provide as-needed emergency back-up support on a longer-term basis. The part-time Administrative Assistant will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization and will coordinate transportation for the individuals the organization exists to serve. The ideal candidate will be an individual living in close geographical proximity to the Port of Newark, who has a heart for humanitarian work, and who has significant flexibility in their schedule.
Days and hours are Monday through Thursday 2:15 PM to 5:30 PM, Friday 2:15 PM through 9:00 PM – total 21 hours 15 min each week.
