Mid-Week Recharge: A Wellness Speaker Series

Join us at St. Elizabeth’s Church in Ridgewood NJ for Mid-Week Recharge: A Wellness Speaker Series dedicated to nourishing mind, body, and spirit. Enjoy a light lunch and a thoughtful talk on “Wellness During the Holidays,” focusing on themes of grief, loneliness, and holiday pressures. Our speaker will be Michael J. Tozzoli, LCSW, Chief Executive Officer of West Bergen Mental Health Services.
