Please join A Larger Circle at Van Gogh’s Ear Cafe for a LGBTQ+ lived-experience fellowship in a safe and uplifting environment. Come socialize, form connections, and share stories with supportive peers.

A grassroots movement of congregants within the Diocese of Newark, A Larger Circle was formed to provide social opportunities for the local LGBTQ+ Episcopal community. The name is taken from a quote by the Rev. Dr. Pauli Murray, Esq.: “When my brothers try to draw a circle to exclude me, I shall draw a larger circle to include them.”

Van Gogh’s Ear Cafe is located at 1017 Stuyvesant Ave. in Union (see map).
