Election Night Support Events

All are welcome to attend.

8 AM – 8 PM – Both St. Mary’s, Sparta (85 Conestoga Trail) and Messiah, Chester (50 Route 24) will be open for prayer, with docents. There will be a printed prayer bulletin available with Election Day prayers.

6:30-10:30 PM – St. George’s, Maplewood (550 Ridgewood Road)
There will be designated spaces for those wishing to watch the election results live, and for those who do not wish to watch but desire to be in the company of others. As polls close each hour, intentional pauses will be held for silence and prayer for our nation. Light snacks will be provided, and all are invited to bring something to share if they wish.

7 PM – Christ Church, Ridgewood (online)
A special Election Day prayer service on ZOOM (link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89286575158) to pray for the candidates, poll workers and voters. Please email names of anyone else that you would like prayers for on Election Day to communications@christchurchridgewood.org.

7-10 PM – St. Luke’s, Montclair (73 South Fullerton Ave.)
A quiet and contemplative prayer session and candlelight vigil.

8-10 PM – Election Night Virtual Prayers (online)
