The Rev. Arianne Rice is an Episcopal priest, Certified Daring Way(TM) Facilitator (Brené Brown methodology), and leadership coach, who supports courageous and spiritually grounded leadership across church and community life.

Retreat Details

• Dates: March 10-12, 2026
• Location: Holy Cross Monastery (1615 US-9W, West Park, NY 12493)
• Cost: $230, includes 2 nights of accommodations and meals for the full retreat
• Retreat notes:
  • There is now a working elevator in the Main House!
  • Check-in is 2:00pm or later but, per the retreat center staff, please try to arrive before 4:00pm, especially if you are new, so you have time to settle in before Supper which is promptly at 5:40pm.
• Meals and Allergies: 
  • They can only accommodate the following dietary restrictions: Vegetarian, and Allergies to milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, mushrooms, wheat or soybeans.
  • All meals have a vegetarian option.
  • They provide a refrigerator and a microwave for our guests who have food needs beyond what they are able to accommodate
