Worship Service with Bishop Michael Curry

To close out the “year of celebration,” a worship service is being planned to take place at St. Peter’s Morristown on May 17, 2025 at 10:30 AM.

Bishop Hughes will be the celebrant at this service of Holy Eucharist. The preacher will be former Presiding Bishop Michael Curry*. A reception with light refreshments will follow the service.

*Presiding Bishop Sean Rowe, who was originally scheduled to preach, regrets that he can’t be with us at this service, as he must travel to Rome to attend the inaugural mass of Pope Leo XIV. Bishop Curry has graciously agreed to preach in his stead.

The service will be live streamed to the diocesan YouTube channel, and remain available for on-demand viewing.

Parking at St. Peter’s is limited. Free parking has been arranged at the following locations (click on link to display Google map):
