Dwelling in the Word

Dwelling in the Word: Not your grandmother's Bible study

One of the key components of our journey is learning together how to discern what God is saying to us by collectively living in Scripture. Dwelling in the Word, an ancient Christian practice helps us do that. Dwelling is the compass for all paths of our journey of Joining God in Shaping our Future.

Dwelling in the Word creates space for the Spirit to open our imagination and helps us to form community based in scripture. As we practice dwelling in scripture, in the stories of our faith ancestors, we are growing in confidence that God is active among us and we, as the people of God, are the sources of discerning what God wants us to do among us.
