The Diocese of Newark is proud to announce the formation of BOOST, a new Task Force that advocates for Neurodiverse people and their caregivers, and we are inviting passionate individuals to join us in this crucial initiative.

This Task Force will focus on exploring meaningful support, awareness, and advocacy for neurodiverse individuals and those who care for them within our Diocese and community. We seek to build an inclusive environment, ensuring that all people, regardless of their cognitive or neurological differences, feel welcomed, supported, and valued in the Church.

Who Should Join?

This is an open call to:

  • Neurodiverse individuals
  • Parents, caregivers, and family members of neurodiverse individuals
  • Mental health and Education professionals
  • Clergy and Lay interested in fostering a more inclusive environment
  • Community members committed to championing this cause
