Publication schedule & deadlines
The VOICE Online is published every other Wednesday.
The deadline for submissions is 10 AM the Friday before publication, unless otherwise noted.
All submissions are subject to review and approval.

How to submit:
Photos
Photos MUST be uploaded to our Dropbox; do NOT email them or embed them in a Word file. Any photo captions can be uploaded in a separate Word or text file. The best photos are the original, unmodified JPG files in a horizontal (NOT vertical) format.

Articles
Articles should be in a Word file. They may be uploaded to our Dropbox OR emailed to the Director of Communications. Note that any associated photos MUST be uploaded to the Dropbox.
