[FiOS1 News] For Pastor Richard Hong and congregants from the First Presbyterian Church of Englewood, which was severely damaged by a fire, this Easter will have a particularly special meaning.
“For our community, this is our night of grieving, and we needed this before Easter, the day of joy,” Hong said.
But despite the loss of their church, members of the First Presbyterian Church still have a place to celebrate the upcoming holiday, as St. Paul’s Episcopal Church opened its doors for the displaced congregation for a Good Friday prayer service.
