Presiding Bishop Installation webcast: Church-hosted viewings

Several churches in the Diocese of Newark are hosting viewings of the live webcast of the the Holy Eucharist with the Installation of the Rt. Rev. Michael Bruce Curry as 27th Presiding Bishop and Primate, taking place Sunday, November 1 at 12 noon at Washington National Cathedral. See below for more information, including whether RSVPs are required.

The installallation of the Rt. Rev. Michael Bruce Curry as the first African-American Presiding Bishop is an historic event that will be live streamed into the Cathedral and open to all. Simultaneous worship with the installation at the National Cathedral in Washington, D.C. will be supported from the Cathedral's historic pipe organ.

Sunday viewing of the Installation service begins immediately following the regular service, as close to 11:30 AM as possible. Space may be limited depending on size of congregation planning to stay and view. Regular coffee hour fare will be served. Simultaneous worship with the Installation service will be supported from the Cathedral's historic pipe organ.
