To submit an application to the Ward J. Herbert Fund:
- download the Application and Required Financial Information Worksheet (Word document attached below),
- fill it out and save it,
- email it as an attachment to John King, Director of Administration, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Applications to the Ward J. Herbert Fund grants are received three times a year:
- February 15 for mid-spring funding
- April 15 for late-spring funding
- October 1 for early winter funding
If any of the above dates falls on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, the deadline will be the next business day.
Applications received after the deadline or that are incomplete will not be considered.
