Dear Wardens and Treasurers,
I am looking forward to meeting with you on Thursday, September 24, 6:30 - 8 PM. Our Zoom session will be filled with information and will allow time for questions and discussion.
PLEASE NOTE: In order to most fully examine these timely topics, you are welcome to forward this invitation to your Journey Forward/Reopening Team chairs.
PLEASE FURTHER NOTE: As you see from the agenda below, we will have diocesan staff speak briefly in the plenary session then each of you will go into the breakout session for which you're registered. Why? So that you may share what you know, ask the questions that everyone needs the answers to and laugh about the mistakes you’ve already made so others can laugh along with you as they learn. To paraphrase Paul in Romans 12, “…we are all joined to each other as different parts of one body…” and we all depend on all parts working together. While we are excited to include Journey Forward/Reopening leaders, if your church is unable to have at least one warden and the treasurer participate in this session, please email Kay Lark at klark@dioceseofnewark.org.

7:30 - Breakout Sessions focused on these three topics will provide time for questions and discussions about specific issues.
