Join us for an all-new "Stewardship in the Moment" Zoom Workshop on Thursday, March 16 at 7 PM, where we will be focusing on practical tips to increase online donations for your church.
The 60-minute Zoom meeting will feature Cynthia McChesney, Missioner for Stewardship and Legacy Giving, and Peter Johnson, Senior Giving Advisor for Vanco Payment Solutions. They will discuss topics such as ways to make your online giving more prominent among your parishioners as well as how to engage those who only know your church virtually. Additionally, they will examine the lessons we can learn from crowdfunding platforms like "GoFundMe."
This workshop is open to anyone in the diocese, and pre-registration is not required. Stewardship is best practiced as a team, so feel free to bring a group. The workshop is ideal for members of your church stewardship team, treasurers, lay leaders (wardens and other vestry), and clergy.
No registration is necessary! Zoom credentials will be sent by email the week of March 13 to subscribers of Stewardship Matters, as well as to the wardens and active clergy email lists.
