Many church leaders recognize the value of their buildings and struggle with the best way to steward these assets left by previous generations. On Thursday, October 12 at 7 PM on Zoom, we will focus on practices to care for buildings including:

- Capital campaigns
- Legacy Giving
- Considering Tenants
- Pros and Cons of Selling Buildings
- Procedures for Leases and Sales of church properties
John Garde, President of the Trustees, Bernie Milano, President of the Standing Committee, and Jim Caputo, diocesan Property and Risk Manager, will offer insight and wisdom about care and strategy for stewarding these assets.
