As a service to all DIT investors, the DIT’s portfolio manager at TIAA, Lisa Gallo, will make a presentation about the portfolio’s investment strategy and methodology on Wednesday, September 30 at 7:30 PM via Zoom. Vestry, Finance and Investment representatives of parishes that either invest or are considering investing in the DIT are encouraged to participate. Ms. Gallo will make a formal presentation, followed by a Q&A session.
Since TIAA began managing the DIT in 2008, average annual returns (before fees of ~.45%) for the four investment funds have been:
Equity Fund: 11.36%
Growth Fund: 10.36%
Balanced Fund: 7.47%
Fixed-Income Fund: 3.69%
