Anti-Racism Dialogue via Zoom (week 1 of 3)

The Namaste Commission Members are hosting an Anti-Racism Dialogue on three consecutive Saturdays via Zoom.  A participant must attend all three sessions in order to meet the "requirements" of completing anti-racism training.

Candidates standing for office at the Annual Diocesan Convention and all clergy must complete anti-racism training. 

No person shall be eligible for election to any office at Convention, nor shall any person elected by Districts, or appointed to serve on Diocesan Council or other Diocesan Standing Committees, Commissions or Boards accede to that office, unless that person shall have first completed or arranged for the completion of anti-racism dialogues and anti-sexism training as approved by the Bishop after consultation with the Diocesan bodies responsible for each training. The anti-sexism training provisions of this Article shall be a requirement after February 1, 2023. – (Diocesan Canon 2.6)
