  • Registration for Churches

    Registration/Certification of Deputies forms were mailed to all churches on August 17. The deadline to return the form is Thursday, October 1, 2026.

  • Registration for Non-parochial Clergy

    Registration for canonically resident, non-parochial clergy who wish to be physically present in person at Diocesan Convention.

    The cost is $225.00 for each non-parochial clergy deputy that will be atending in person. All meals are included in this price.

  • Registration for Exhibitors

    Commercial Vendors

    The fee is $335, which includes one Friday lunch. If more than one person is staffing the table, a $45 box lunch must be purchased for each additional person, for each day present.

    Non-Profit Exhibitors

    The fee is $215, which includes one Friday lunch. If more than one person is staffing the table, a $45 box lunch must be purchased for each additional person, for each day present.

    Diocesan Ministry Displays

    While there is no fee for ministries to display during convention, a $45 box lunch must be purchased for each person staffing the table, for each day present.
