In response to the invitation to come together in support of the students from Parkland, FL, who have called for a nationwide day of action to stand against gun violence and in support of responsible gun laws, we are holding a local march in the Mile Square City for any who are unable to travel to marches in other locations.
We will begin with a rally at the Jubilee Center, a ministry of the All Saints Community Service and Development Corporation, to signal our support of marginalized communities which are particularly vulnerable to gun violence. We will then proceed to City Hall in a show of solidarity with those marching in our nation's capital.
All are invited to join us at 1:00 p.m. on March 24.
