St. Paul's in Englewood will hold its Ninth Annual Community Thanksgiving Meal on Thursday, November 26, Noon-2 p.m. While we usually request food from donors, this year (due to health concerns) we hired a local chef who was experiencing severe underemployment. He will prepare 500 meals at St. Paul's with help from a few volunteers; this includes 174 meals we will deliver to the residents of the senior citizen building on West St.
We are inviting you to help make this year by providing financial donations. Using a chef greatly increases the cost; but it helps to ensure a healthy experience for all. To make a monetary donation, please send a check payable to St. Paul's Church with "Thanksgiving Meal" on the memo line. Checks should be mailed to or dropped off at the church (113 Engle St., Englewood, NJ 07631).
