Pre-Convention meetings serve as a clearinghouse of information pertinent to deputies regarding matters to be deliberated over at Convention. The Budget presentation, a review of the resolutions before the Convention, and information regarding activities and workshops held during the Convention, among other items, will be discussed.
While attendance by deputies is not mandatory, these forums are held with deputies in mind, to assist in preparing for the actual Convention. There are three opportunities - each one is the same - for deputies to attend based on what suits their schedule best.
Pre-Convention packets will be mailed by the end of December.
